Leads the Club’s budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash-flow monitoring, payroll oversight, financial controls, and business analysis. Partners with executives and department leaders to evaluate performance, identify risks, guide decisions, and support revenue-generating initiatives. Serves as the primary finance contact for external accounting and tax providers while building financial infrastructure for the professional sports organization.

Lead CT United FC’s scouting and player recruitment strategy across local, national, and international markets. Evaluate players using technical, tactical, physical, psychological, and performance data analysis. Build relationships with scouts, agents, and football stakeholders; manage scouting reports, rankings, video analysis, and the player database. Collaborate with sporting and coaching leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, and build a sustainable global scouting infrastructure.

The Marketing & Digital Content Manager develops and executes strategies for digital marketing and content creation to enhance brand engagement and drive ticket sales.
