Supports product messaging, content production, sales enablement, and go-to-market execution for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical product launches. Translates technical information into contractor-focused messaging, produces AI-assisted marketing content, maintains launch assets, tracks performance metrics, and coordinates cross-functional deliverables. The role is execution-focused and develops greater strategic ownership over time under manager guidance.

Leads manufacturing operations and supervises production staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, safety enforcement, quality improvement, continuous improvement, and production metric reporting. The role manages teams of 10 or more, drives safety and quality initiatives, supports supply chain and production activities, and ensures compliance with OSHA and company procedures.

Manage and grow existing customer accounts for Hydrotex products through outbound sales, order generation, lead follow-up, proposals, and quotes. Maintain customer and sales records in Salesforce, communicate product information, provide market intelligence, and support outside sales teams. Use purchasing data to drive repeat and cross-product sales while collaborating with customer service, pricing, product management, and marketing. The role is office-based in Rockwall, Texas, with periodic customer visits.
