Lead the Electrical Division sales organization with P&L accountability to grow revenue and market share. Build and coach regional and territory sales teams, develop go-to-market and channel strategies, manage forecasting and analytics, expand distributor and contractor relationships, collaborate cross-functionally, and support product launches. Significant travel (40-50%) and US residency required.

Lead and maintain the Quality Management System, direct QC laboratory operations, manage audits and corrective actions, support product development, drive continuous improvement, and supervise and train quality personnel to ensure regulatory and customer compliance.

The HR Generalist will implement HR best practices, manage onboarding, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and provide HR guidance, while ensuring data accuracy in the HRIS.
