Develop and manage demand and supply planning for a Make-to-Order manufacturing site. Create master production schedules, balance capacity and materials, maintain inventory targets, support S&OP, coordinate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, and Logistics, and lead planning systems, reporting, and continuous improvement to meet on-time delivery and service-level goals.

Drive growth across Eastern Canada (Quebec and Maritimes) by building distributor and contractor relationships, training and supporting independent reps, onboarding partners, and generating demand through direct engagement with mechanical contractors.

Lead sales growth across the Eastern US electrical territory by managing distributors, contractors, and manufacturers' reps; develop new business, train partners, monitor market trends, report performance, and collaborate with regional peers to exceed sales goals.
