The role is execution-focused and develops greater strategic ownership over time under manager guidance.

Leads CAD design, engineering documentation, BOM management, and engineering change control for HVAC products in a manufacturing environment. Creates and releases models and drawings, maintains ERP BOMs, coordinates cross-functional changes, supports prototypes and product launches, manages external CAD resources, and establishes document-control standards. Trains CAD staff and maintains compliance with applicable HVAC and certification standards. This is an onsite role in Humble, Texas, with travel of up to 10%.

Manage and grow existing customer accounts for Hydrotex products through outbound sales, order generation, lead follow-up, proposals, and quotes. Maintain customer and sales records in Salesforce, communicate product information, provide market intelligence, and support outside sales teams. Use purchasing data to drive repeat and cross-product sales while collaborating with customer service, pricing, product management, and marketing. The role is office-based in Rockwall, Texas, with periodic customer visits.
