Teams at CSO

Lead firm-wide sustainability strategy and provide subject-matter expertise on energy efficiency, carbon reduction, resilience, and green building certifications. Advise project teams, run trainings and workshops, track certification processes (LEED/WELL/Parksmart), perform/interpret performance analyses, mentor staff, support business development, and represent the firm in sustainability forums.

Lead and manage education architecture projects and project teams through all phases. Produce contract documents, detailed drawings and specifications, coordinate consultants, communicate with clients, and oversee contract administration and team production.
