Supports the Lodging Marketing team by creating and modifying branded graphic assets for campaigns, websites, social media, digital advertising, and communications. Maintains digital asset libraries and templates, collaborates with creative and business stakeholders, and assists with scalable self-service resources. The intern will gain practical experience in graphic design, brand management, marketing campaigns, short-form video, and multi-brand creative execution.

Leads hotel sales and marketing efforts to drive revenue, profitability, guest satisfaction, and employee performance. Develops business plans, manages budgets and expenses, pursues transient and group business, oversees revenue and yield strategies, maintains client relationships, and ensures accurate sales forecasting in Delphi. Recruits, coaches, schedules, evaluates, and develops sales staff while coordinating guest service and operational improvements.

Partners with business leaders and employees on culture, performance, talent management, employee relations, investigations, compliance, organizational design, and change management. Uses workforce and business data to recommend people strategies, supports recruiting and HR Centers of Excellence, and improves engagement, retention, and employee experience while reducing people, legal, and financial risks.
