CSI Benefits Overview

Plan, design, implement, upgrade, and troubleshoot customer network infrastructures (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, circuits). Perform migrations, installations, capacity planning, security/configuration compliance, on-site surveys, and incident response. Provide escalation support, train junior engineers, coordinate with QA/Risk, and recommend future-proofing improvements.

Design and propose enterprise networking solutions for customers, lead technical discovery and pre-sales consulting, produce SOWs and BOMs, validate vendor interoperability, estimate implementation effort, and advise sales and delivery teams on secure, scalable network architectures (SD-WAN, WAN, Azure networking, firewalls, wireless).

Serve as primary liaison for assigned financial-institution clients to build and retain relationships, drive renewals and cross-sales, and ensure product adoption. Understand CSI products, evaluate client usage, generate pipeline, lead consultative selling, resolve escalations, and support revenue retention and satisfaction metrics. Coordinate with internal teams and participate in client meetings, webinars, and onsite engagements.
