Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot full-stack .NET web applications supporting merchant and partner operations. Build and integrate RESTful APIs and web services, optimize MS SQL/PostgreSQL performance, and collaborate with QA, product, and support teams to deploy and operate applications across environments.

Develop next-generation mobile test probes and cloud-based telecom testing software for 3G/4G/5G and IoT. Implement C/C++ applications on Linux with a focus on multithreading and RAN signaling (SIP, RRC, NAS). Work in a small agile team to validate and optimize mobile service performance for operators.

Lead pre-sales technical engagements: qualify opportunities, run requirements workshops, build and present tailored demos and solution documents, respond to RFI/RFPs, support proofs of concept, and collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to close deals.
