The Business Solutions Analyst III collaborates with stakeholders to define and document business requirements, facilitates cross-functional collaboration, and manages requirements through the project lifecycle, including UAT testing support.

Performs complex commercial insurance data analysis, develops business recommendations, improves reporting processes, communicates insights to partners and senior management, and supports strategic initiatives. The role requires strong statistical, analytical, coding, and data visualization skills, along with insurance knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, mentorship, and occasional travel.

Analyzes personal lines insurance and digital product performance using SQL, BI tools, statistical methods, and financial modeling. Partners with product, experience, actuarial, finance, and operations teams to identify growth opportunities, optimize digital customer experiences, assess risks, support business cases, and influence leadership decisions. Applies AI and automation to improve analytical efficiency, communicates insights through presentations and reports, and mentors colleagues.
