Develop and manage healthcare, behavioral-health, social-service, VA, court, and community referral partnerships. Prospect decision-makers, conduct visits and presentations, educate partners about services, generate qualified referrals, maintain pipelines, re-engage inactive sources, and convert referrals into recurring partnerships. Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams, track outcomes, identify market opportunities, and meet referral-development, census-growth, and business-development goals. This field-based role requires regular travel throughout assigned territories and offers base salary plus commission.
