Manages energy storage product certification projects, evaluating designs, construction, test data, and compliance against CSA, UL, IEC, and other standards. Prepares certification reports, work orders, quotations, and compliance documentation; oversees testing and conducts customer-facility evaluations. Provides technical guidance, troubleshooting, training, and client support while verifying others’ work, maintaining accreditation requirements, and supporting continuous improvement and laboratory safety.

Supports laboratory operations by receiving, tracking, storing, retrieving, and delivering samples and purchased products. Maintains accurate database and inventory records, operates a tow motor, coordinates shipments, negotiates shipping rates, audits sample movement, and supports sample disposition. Provides warehouse, shipping, customs, labeling, facilities maintenance, security, and office-management backup while following health, safety, and environmental procedures.

Perform on-site and remote audits of medical device and IVD quality management systems; assess technical product files up to MD Class III and IVD Class D against MDR/IVDR Annex I; evaluate clinical data and studies; prepare assessment and non-conformance reports; support certification recommendations and process improvements, and cooperate with audit teams and decision makers.
