Provides administrative support to the compliance department and manager, including project tracking, calendar and meeting coordination, presentations, correspondence, filing, phone coverage, and invoice and expense tracking. Requires advanced Microsoft Office skills, confidentiality, reliability, and 2–5 years of relevant experience. The role is Monday through Friday on the first shift and requires travel.

Stocks and replenishes products in an A-Frame automated pick system, ensuring proper alignment, accurate inventory levels, continuous machine operation, and timely order fulfillment. Opens product cases, inspects items for damage, follows handling procedures, collaborates with team members, and maintains a clean, safe workspace. The role requires extensive standing, walking, bending, lifting products up to 60 pounds or more, and working across refrigerated and frozen environments.

Supervise warehouse shift operations across freezer, perishable, or grocery environments. Manage associates fulfilling customer orders, enforce safety, quality, and sanitation standards, monitor KPIs, conduct audits and accident investigations, and support employee coaching and development. The role requires managing warehouse processes such as selecting, loading, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and product storage while working in temperatures ranging from -20°F to 90°F.
