Operate stand-up forklift/reach truck to move, stack, and replenish merchandise; track inventory with handheld devices; load/unload trailers; follow safety protocols; perform frequent lifting and standing in cold environments.

Manage assigned product categories including sales, purchasing, pricing, merchandising, inventory replenishment, promotions, vendor relationships, margin control, and category plan-o-grams to meet sales and profit targets.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly executive reporting for assigned areas. Prepare board and operations decks, perform variance and BLR analyses, load and optimize planning data in financial systems, identify process improvements and automation, support system enhancements, and mentor junior analysts while partnering with business stakeholders.
