Supports internal business applications by maintaining tools, assisting with business requirements, collaborating with developers, testing applications, preparing reports, and improving department processes. The intern will shadow IT team members, attend requirements meetings, complete special projects, and present internship learning outcomes. This is a paid, 12-week hybrid internship in Keene, New Hampshire for students pursuing information systems, business analytics, or information technology degrees.

Supervise day-to-day warehouse shift operations across picking, loading, shipping, receiving, safety, sanitation, replenishment and storage. Manage and coach associates, enforce quality and safety standards, conduct audits and accident investigations, track KPIs (safety, retention, productivity, budget, shrink), and support performance development plans to improve operations and retention.
