Leads a four-person Supply Engineering team while managing procurement operations, supplier relationships, inventory planning, international sourcing, negotiations, logistics, and process improvements. Coordinates material availability for production, reviews technical specifications, resolves supplier and quality issues, and collaborates with sales, engineering, project management, warehouse, and installation teams. Builds procurement workflows, reporting, KPIs, and operating procedures while providing hands-on support for complex sourcing projects.

Leads a four-person Supply Engineering team responsible for procurement operations, supplier management, inventory planning, sourcing, negotiations, and cross-functional coordination. The role develops procurement processes, workflows, KPIs, and supplier standards while supporting international purchasing across the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. It also reviews technical drawings, manages material requirements, resolves supplier and logistics issues, coaches team members, and reports operational risks and progress to the CTO.

Own end-to-end sales execution, CRM and inbound lead operations, team performance, call quality, analytics, and revenue growth. Lead and develop a team of sales representatives through coaching, performance reviews, recruiting, and training. Optimize pipelines, lead distribution, response times, conversion rates, and sales processes using data-driven initiatives. The role is remote, full-time, and focused on high-volume, call-based sales for U.S. clients.
