Advise clients on custom glass solutions, prepare quotes and technical documentation, conduct showroom or Zoom presentations, and maintain the sales pipeline in HubSpot. Build long-term client relationships, generate repeat business and referrals, negotiate effectively, and coordinate with project, estimating, engineering, warehouse, and installation teams.

Develop custom mechanical assemblies and technical drawings for interior glass partitions, shower doors, railings, mirrors, and related glass structures. Prepare specifications, catalog drawings, and models using measurements, sketches, diagrams, and the Imperial system. Analyze designs for cost, time, and resource efficiency, make technical decisions independently, and manage project documentation through sketches, working drawings, and specifications.

Manage employee records and lifecycle administration, track attendance and leave, prepare payroll inputs, handle HR communications, respond to employee process inquiries, maintain HR reports, and improve operational workflows. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, confidentiality, and independent work in a fully remote environment.
