Teams at Crystal Mountain

Supports resort IT operations through user troubleshooting, hardware and software installation, network and printer support, equipment repairs, inventory audits, backup and antivirus monitoring, documentation, and basic user training. The intern assists with infrastructure projects such as Wi-Fi testing and cable management, records service activity, and helps resolve computer and network malfunctions. Evening, weekend, and holiday work is regularly required.
