Develops and executes manual and automated software testing plans, cases, and scripts. Documents defects, coordinates fixes with development teams, and performs regression testing. The role supports ServiceNow, Dynamics, workflow automation, dashboards, and emerging technologies under the SWIFT contract, with occasional travel to Reston, Virginia.
