Drive tractor-trailer or bobtail on local routes to deliver and unload products, perform DOT-required pre/post-trip inspections and logs, operate pallet jacks and hand trucks, generate invoices with handheld units, handle returns/damaged goods, maintain sanitary vehicle conditions, and provide customer service while complying with safety and company procedures.

Lead multi-shift ice cream production operations, supervising ~40 employees. Manage scheduling and payroll, ensure product quality and food-safety compliance, oversee HTST pasteurization and production records, minimize downtime with Maintenance and QA, and drive continuous improvement.
