Deliver and unload dairy products on assigned local routes using tractor-trailers or bobtail trucks. Drivers operate vehicles safely in accordance with DOT regulations, complete pre- and post-trip inspections and logs, manage invoices and returns, maintain sanitary vehicles, and provide strong customer service. The role requires frequent lifting and physical handling of products, coupling trailers, operating material-handling equipment, and working in varied weather conditions.

Leads daily operations at a transportation depot, overseeing delivery execution, routing, staffing, safety, customer service, equipment readiness, labor efficiency, and operational costs. Supervises approximately 35 employees, including foremen, drivers, and loaders; recruits, trains, coaches, and manages performance. Ensures regulatory and company compliance while resolving operational issues, improving efficiency, and maintaining service standards in a 24-hour distribution environment.

Develops forecasts, master production schedules, and material requirements across dairy manufacturing plants. Manages inventory, safety stocks, reorder levels, raw milk supply, and production schedules while balancing demand, capacity, lead times, and costs. Partners with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, and plant supervisors through S&OP processes, resolves MRP discrepancies, monitors schedule performance, and implements supply chain and planning improvements.
