Leads North American sanctions controls and financial crime intelligence for a cryptocurrency platform. Oversees AML and sanctions risk assessments, regulatory remediation, blocked-property reporting, token-listing due diligence, on-chain controls, threat intelligence, automation, and compliance technology modernization. Engages law enforcement, regulators, banking partners, and industry information-sharing networks while preparing executive and Board reporting.

Manage clearinghouse risk coverage across Asian and European hours, monitoring exposures, margin adequacy, settlement pricing, collateral, liquidity, and operational controls. Lead stress testing, default management, margin model design, product risk reviews, regulatory responses, audits, and risk monitoring requirements. Respond to overnight incidents, assess systemic risk, and communicate risk metrics and decisions to senior leadership, clearing members, and regulators.
