Coordinates field marketing, conferences, customer events, CRM and sales operations, executive support, budgets, vendors, and cross-functional business initiatives. Responsibilities include event planning, marketing asset coordination, lead tracking, executive scheduling, meeting preparation, project tracking, and process improvement. The role supports the CRO and Chief of Staff in a fast-paced startup environment.

Deploys and commissions software integrations in live process-control and OT environments. Builds site-specific data flows, integrations, and state-machine logic; configures Windows and OPC servers; designs SCADA HMIs; tests and troubleshoots software, data, and control-system interfaces. Partners with customers, operators, product, engineering, sales, and commissioning contractors to deliver technical outcomes, translate operational feedback into product improvements, and apply pipeline operations and hydraulic modeling expertise. Travel is up to 10% nationally and internationally.

Leads end-to-end delivery of software integration and automation solutions for oil and gas control room environments. Manages concurrent projects, Agile ceremonies, dependencies, resources, quality standards, and customer expectations. Coordinates deployment, support, sales, finance, product, and engineering teams while building relationships with technical leads and plant managers. Uses AI coding assistants and automated workflows to improve productivity, documentation, testing, and deployment processes.
