Manages customer inquiries, documents requirements, coordinates with international operations and shipping teams, follows logistics SOPs, supports supply chain and customer service activities, and ensures timely transaction closure. The role also develops expertise in international logistics, cross-border trade, and customs processes while maintaining accurate documentation and coordinating effectively with customers and internal teams.
