Trainee role supporting end-to-end IT recruitment: source, screen, and interview candidates; coordinate with hiring managers; manage candidate communications and recruitment records; assist HR operations and learn IT recruitment processes.

Provide individual and group career counselling to students, conduct assessments, develop career development programs, collaborate with staff, maintain records, and stay current with industry trends to improve student employability.

Design, build, and maintain Java-based backend services and scalable RESTful APIs using Spring Boot/MVC. Implement security (JWT/OAuth2), microservices, database access (Spring Data JPA/Hibernate, MongoDB), configuration (YAML/Properties), event-driven integrations, and Azure cloud services. Collaborate with DevOps for deployment, monitoring, and production troubleshooting to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.
