Manage customer logistics inquiries, document and route requests to international operations teams, follow up on open inquiries, and coordinate with operations and shipping departments to complete transactions. The role requires learning global logistics SOPs, supporting supply chain activities, and delivering customer service while using Microsoft Office, TMS, WMS, and CRM systems.

Build and maintain Azure-based CI/CD pipelines, implement IaC with ARM/Bicep/Terraform, containerize and orchestrate apps on AKS, ensure observability/security, troubleshoot incidents, mentor developers, and document runbooks and pipeline templates.

Provide 1:1 and group career counseling for aspiring tech students, convert leads to enrollments, manage student onboarding and CRM records, liaise with training and placement teams, and stay current on IT industry trends to advise students effectively.
