Conduct outbound phone-based marketing campaigns to generate business development opportunities with financial professionals. Maintain CRM profiles, support digital platform adoption through phone and Webex training, respond to sales inquiries, distribute marketing content, identify additional opportunities, and collaborate with sales partners. Provide customer support and assist with teammate training while building financial services and product knowledge.

Generates regional sales revenue for life insurance, annuity, long-term care, and disability products. Responsibilities include prospecting and managing insurance producers, recruiting new producers, growing the book of business, developing sales plans, achieving quotas, conducting seminars, maintaining CRM records, and partnering with operations teams to place policies. The role requires advanced life insurance product knowledge, complex case design expertise, and strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.

Provides presale support to insurance producers by preparing qualified life insurance illustrations, sharing product and carrier information, supplying marketing materials, documenting requests in a CRM, following up on sales activity, and maintaining illustration workflows and service-level timelines. The role requires strong communication, customer service, time management, problem-solving, computer, and organizational skills, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
