Coordinates Crumbl’s weekly dessert testing program by scheduling test stores, assigning tasks, coordinating ingredients, managing surveys, collecting feedback, and preparing performance reports. Communicates with and supports testing locations, onboards new stores, monitors testing activity, audits documentation, distributes instructional assets, and assists with internal taste tests and product approvals. Uses Crumbl tools and cross-functional communication to ensure testing procedures, quality standards, and operational requirements are implemented and documented.

Receive inbound products into the warehouse management system, verify accuracy and delivery timelines, coordinate put-away, report discrepancies, process returns, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, conduct cycle counts, and communicate shipment details through Slack. Requires warehouse receiving experience, forklift operation, WMS experience, Excel proficiency, and a high school diploma or GED.
