Supports warehouse operations by receiving, storing, picking, packing, dispatching, and delivering stock to internal customers. Maintains accurate inventory records, operates materials-handling equipment safely, identifies discrepancies or damages, and provides responsive service to stakeholders. The role requires attention to detail, task prioritization, teamwork, communication, and a proactive approach. Warehouse, stores, logistics, forklift-operation experience, and a current forklift licence are preferred.

Produces and manages daily shift rosters and duty sheets using workforce planning systems. Responds to absences, updates coverage, identifies staffing efficiencies and shortfalls, resolves roster rule violations, and audits scheduling data. Serves as the first point of contact for team-member rostering queries while ensuring compliance with enterprise agreements and departmental requirements.

Conduct enhanced customer due diligence and financial crime reviews, including Source of Funds and Source of Wealth assessments. Provide subject matter expertise, supervise and mentor analysts, manage escalations, prepare high-risk customer reports, support AML/CTF metrics and risk assessments, update procedures, contribute to training, maintain audit documentation, and monitor regulatory changes.
