Lead development and maintenance of Crown's Financial Crime Framework (AML/CTF, sanctions, anti-bribery, proceeds of crime, modern slavery). Monitor regulatory change, perform policy reviews, testing and assurance, support risk assessments and continuous improvement, and prepare regulatory analysis, policy documentation and reporting while partnering with Risk, Compliance and Legal stakeholders.

Lead design, build and evolution of Crown's Azure and hybrid cloud platforms. Provide cloud architecture, governance, IaC automation (Terraform/Bicep/ARM), container and platform service oversight, and mentor engineers while partnering with development, security and infrastructure teams to deliver secure, scalable cloud solutions.

Lead design, delivery and operations of enterprise public and hybrid cloud platforms. Own landing zones, governance, IaC and automation, drive migrations, cost optimisation, incident management, and manage cloud engineering teams and external providers to ensure secure, resilient, cost-efficient services.
