Manages accounts payable operations across 12 dealership locations, including invoice processing, coding, approvals, reconciliations, vendor maintenance, W-9 and 1099 reporting, credit card administration, and month-end support. Resolves discrepancies, communicates with vendors and branch personnel, maintains accurate records, supports audits, and ensures compliance with accounting procedures and internal controls. The role also develops reports, maintains spreadsheets, and identifies process improvements.

Sells new and used agricultural, lawn, garden, and outdoor power equipment while developing long-term customer relationships. Responsibilities include assessing customer equipment needs, conducting field demonstrations, monitoring competitors, forecasting sales, explaining financing options, evaluating trade-ins, and maintaining product expertise. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, organization, customer service, computer, and equipment knowledge, along with a valid driver’s license and ability to work outdoors and lift up to 75 pounds.
