Lead the Adelaide Wingfield workshop to deliver operational excellence across service, rentals, refurbishment and import functions. Own productivity, cost control, quoting accuracy, parts/stock management, KPI performance, industrial relations, staff development and WHS compliance while driving continuous improvement and delivering financial and operational reporting.

Lead and coach a team of five Account Managers to win new business across equipment sales, leasing and rentals. Drive pipeline, conversion, forecasts and profitability while supporting key customer opportunities and contributing to regional strategy.
