Coordinates national and international account invoicing, order fulfillment, supplier portal submissions, and cross-functional follow-up. Maintains accurate order systems and spreadsheets, monitors invoicing risks, supports corrective actions across branch teams, and responds to stakeholder inquiries. Provides strategic and operational HR support across Queensland, Northern Territory, and South Australian branches. Acts as the primary HR contact for assigned branches while supporting nationally aligned HR practices, organisational change, and workforce capability.
