Supports the service department by receiving, handling, storing, loading, unloading, and dispatching equipment, batteries, chargers, and orders. Maintains accurate stock control, completes stocktakes, prepares equipment, and keeps yard, warehouse, workshop, and dispatch areas safe, clean, and organized. The role supports technicians and service teams while providing training and exposure to technical equipment and a potential pathway into service technician work.

Manage a defined Northern Gold Coast territory, retain and grow existing customer relationships, identify new rental and sales opportunities, conduct product demonstrations, respond to enquiries, and achieve revenue, order intake, gross profit, and sales targets. The role requires regular face-to-face customer engagement, sales planning, forecasting, negotiation, and business development within the materials handling and warehouse solutions industry.

Supports Sales by developing and approving customer-requested special features, non-standard options, and modifications for materials-handling equipment. Responsibilities include creating functional specifications, designing local options, maintaining sales configurator and ERP data, developing manufacturer costings, tracking approvals, maintaining engineering records, releasing documentation, and ensuring compliance with Crown specifications, Australian Standards, and applicable regulations.
