Senior leader responsible for brand and social strategy, storytelling, campaign performance, and account growth. Owns client relationships, measurement infrastructure, and agency narrative; partners with Creative Director and GM; manages a cross-functional team and leads pitches, creative briefs, and performance reporting.

Lead and shape the agency's creative voice across brand partnerships, campaigns and experiences. Oversee multidisciplinary teams, drive strategic concept development, manage production and external vendors, present to clients, and ensure creative quality and profitability while mentoring staff and advancing innovation.

Lead financial strategy, reporting, controls, and cash management across a multi-entity creative holding company. Partner with executives to build forecasting, KPIs, audit readiness, tax compliance, and scale internal finance capability while managing external accounting operations.
