Senior leader responsible for brand and social strategy, storytelling, campaign performance, and account growth. Owns client relationships, measurement infrastructure, and agency narrative; partners with Creative Director and GM; manages a cross-functional team and leads pitches, creative briefs, and performance reporting.

The Executive Assistant will support the Founder by managing their calendar, coordinating logistics, and handling sensitive information while ensuring smooth operations across multiple workstreams.
