Lead change strategy for Project Compass: define programme narrative and brand, manage stakeholder mapping and engagement, embed AI-enabled change approaches, drive business readiness and adoption, build change capability, and track governance and continuous improvement. Act as hands-on lead producing communications, workshops, impact assessments, and reporting to ensure adoption across the bank.

The Software Engineer will design and implement solutions for FX and Cross-Border Payments, taking ownership of the delivery lifecycle and utilising modern technologies. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, leading deliveries, and improving systems with innovative solutions.

Manage end-to-end client onboarding for FX and payments clients, coordinating KYC, regulatory, platform and SWIFT setups, stakeholder communication, data reporting (MI), handover to BAU, and escalation of onboarding control issues.
