Develop and support Microsoft Power Platform business applications and automation solutions. Build canvas and model-driven apps, Power Automate workflows, integrations, dashboards, and reusable components using Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and Microsoft 365. Translate business requirements into secure, scalable solutions; troubleshoot issues; support testing, deployment, ALM, governance, documentation, and post-production operations. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders in an onsite Hyderabad environment.

Build and maintain Azure-based data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, SQL data models, data warehouses, and data lakes. Optimize queries, monitor pipeline performance, troubleshoot failures, and implement data quality, security, governance, and access controls. Collaborate with analysts, business teams, and application teams to deliver reliable data assets and support Power BI reporting. Maintain technical documentation and contribute to Agile delivery using Microsoft data technologies.

Leads tax transaction advisory engagements for mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and restructurings. Manages diligence, tax structuring, client deliverables, budgets, timelines, risk issues, and cross-functional teams. Reviews tax analyses, agreements, financial models, and reports; communicates findings to clients; develops staff; and supports proposals and business growth. Requires substantial tax transaction experience and a professional credential such as CPA, attorney, or EA.
