Teams at Crouse Community Center Inc

Provide individualized instruction, coaching, and support in activities of daily living and independent living skills. Assess participant needs, develop goals with case managers, lead group life-skills sessions, support structured programming and community activities, and accompany participants to outings or appointments using a company vehicle. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while promoting independence and community living.

Provide non-clinical resident support under a unit manager or charge nurse, including bed making, room upkeep, meal preparation and distribution, passing fluids, transporting residents, recording intake/output and assisting with call bells and wheelchair cleaning.
