Supports and administers Workday across HCM, talent, timekeeping, benefits, payroll, reporting, and integrations. Develops reports and dashboards, configures and troubleshoots business processes, maintains data integrity and security, supports releases and implementations, analyzes workforce trends, provides end-user support and training, and recommends process improvements.

Provides front-office support at an outpatient addiction treatment clinic by checking in patients, collecting payments and samples, guiding intake, maintaining financial records, coordinating with clinical staff, managing patient accounts, and providing clerical and logistical assistance. Requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekend work.

Assists the Program Supervisor with outpatient opioid treatment center operations, staffing, scheduling, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, training, patient concerns, insurance, supplies, payments, laboratory coordination, and front-office duties. The role supports two Pennsylvania clinics, requires onsite availability during variable operating hours, local travel, and occasional weekends.
