Provides front-office support at outpatient addiction treatment clinics by checking in patients, collecting payments and screening samples, guiding new patients through intake, maintaining financial records, coordinating with clinical staff, and managing patient accounts. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, customer service skills, and flexibility to work across South Philadelphia and West Philadelphia locations, including some weekends and evenings.

Assists the Program Supervisor with outpatient opioid treatment center operations, staff scheduling, onboarding, training, performance management, compliance, patient concerns, insurance coordination, laboratory processing, supplies, payments, and front-office duties. The role supports center KPIs, employee relations, staffing needs, and timely implementation of operational changes while remaining onsite during clinic hours.

Leads the strategy, operations, compliance, financial performance, and scaling of OBOT pharmacy programs, including buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, oral medication dispensing, delivery, inventory, reporting, and partner management. Oversees teams, vendors, workflows, regulatory alignment, clinical and operational metrics, and cross-functional execution across multiple programs. This primarily remote executive role requires travel up to 25% to headquarters and treatment centers.
