Support the Program Supervisor in clinic operations, staff onboarding, scheduling, timecard approval, performance monitoring, and patient-facing front office tasks (check-in/out, vitals, urine toxicology). Handle patient concerns, maintain insurance and supplies, reconcile payments, and assist with hiring, training, and compliance at assigned outpatient opioid treatment centers.

Lead and oversee daily operations of an outpatient opioid treatment program, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, hire and orient staff, manage performance and training, coordinate quality improvement, and liaise with internal and external partners. Requires MAT experience and supervisory oversight of large teams; early morning start times required.
