Manage day-to-day Buy & Bill operations across clinics, train staff on workflows and EMR processes, ensure REMS and compliance, run regional meetings, track incidents and data quality, support procurement and onboarding of new clinics, and travel onsite as needed.

Support the Program Supervisor in clinic operations for outpatient opioid treatment: staff onboarding, scheduling, training, compliance, front-desk duties (check-in/out, vitals, urine toxicology), patient issue escalation, insurance maintenance, supply management, cash reconciliation, and occasional outreach and interclinic travel.

Oversee daily operations of outpatient Office Based Opioid Treatment (OBOT) centers, ensure compliance with OBOT and DEA regulations, supervise and orient staff, manage hiring and performance reviews, maintain program and patient documentation, conduct internal audits, coordinate with internal/external partners, and travel between Danville, Lynchburg, and Martinsville clinic locations.
