Teams at Crossroads YMCA

Lead and oversee before-school, after-school, and camp programs across multiple sites. Manage and develop a large staff team, ensure program quality and licensing compliance, build partnerships with schools and families, manage budgets and enrollment, and maintain a safe, inclusive environment that supports youth development.

Provide direct supervision, care, and age-appropriate activities for children (6 weeks–12 years). Implement curriculum, maintain records, communicate with parents, perform observations, handle infant feeding/diapering, and ensure a safe, nurturing environment.

Provide direct supervision, care, and purposeful play for children (6 weeks to 12 years). Implement activity plans, observe and evaluate children, maintain records and equipment, communicate with parents, perform diapering and bottle feeding, and ensure a safe, nurturing environment. Must adapt to unexpected situations and support YMCA mission and competencies.
