Leads gymnastics, dance, cheer, and ninja programs by managing daily operations, developing and scheduling instructors, ensuring safety and quality, monitoring enrollment and budgets, addressing family concerns, and expanding offerings. The role combines hands-on youth programming, staff leadership, coaching, community relationships, scheduling, special events, and administrative responsibilities in a flexible YMCA environment.

Seasonal camp position supervising children and implementing safe, developmentally appropriate outdoor activities. Responsibilities include leading adventure programs, teaching leave-no-trace principles, supporting specialty counselors, maintaining participant records, managing sign-in and sign-out procedures, and responding appropriately to medical, disciplinary, and emergency situations. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, child-care skills, and the ability to work outdoors while lifting up to 50 pounds.

Lead wellness operations across wellness centers, group exercise, personal training, and small group training. Recruit, coach, and develop staff; manage budgets and financial performance; improve programming, safety, equipment operations, member engagement, retention, and participation. Analyze operational metrics, implement strategic growth initiatives, collaborate across departments, support marketing and fundraising, and respond to member, staffing, safety, and emergency needs.
