Senior on-site Program Manager responsible for managing DEERS/RAPIDS CAC and USID services at Fort Bragg. Oversees staffing, quality assurance, contract compliance, reporting, security, and customer service for ~79,000 customers annually. Serves as primary liaison with KO/COR and Government stakeholders, manages QCP, audits, corrective actions, and ensures operational continuity and regulatory compliance.

Serve as primary front-office contact, managing visitor reception, phone communications, scheduling, onboarding support, personnel/training tracking, and providing administrative assistance to leadership in a high-volume federal mission environment.

Provide military HR support at Fort Knox including in/out processing, DEERS/ID management, personnel actions, Soldier interviews, briefings, recordkeeping, and customer service. Use military HR systems, ensure policy compliance, cross-train across contract areas, and support special projects as needed.
