Teams at Crossroads School for Arts & Sciences

Manages Crossroads School’s $5M+ annual fund by developing fundraising strategies, solicitation calendars, donor segmentation, communications, and stewardship plans. Recruits and leads parent volunteers, coordinates alumni and parent outreach, analyzes donor data, and manages cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of assigned prospects. Conducts donor visits and solicitations, closes gifts, identifies leadership prospects, and collaborates with development, communications, data, and alumni teams.

Leads the Middle School division by setting vision, strengthening curriculum and systems, supporting student life and discipline, and fostering trust among faculty, students, families, and school leadership. Supervises, mentors, and develops faculty; advances diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice; improves transitions across school divisions; collaborates on events and programs; and communicates regularly with the Parent Association and broader school community.
