Manages auto liability, workers’ compensation, property damage, and vehicle damage claims. Investigates claims, coordinates reserves and escalations with insurers, directs defense counsel, attends mediations and depositions, prepares claims reports, supports return-to-work processes, and recommends loss-reduction measures. Requires extensive liability claims experience, legal and medical knowledge, strong investigative, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Leads regional sales strategy, revenue growth, customer retention, and business development for the LTL freight market. Manages, coaches, and evaluates outside sales representatives; tracks performance using Salesforce and sales technology; develops customer relationships and new business opportunities; monitors budgets and expenses; analyzes market and competitor trends; and collaborates cross-functionally to meet customer and regional sales objectives.

Manage national freight accounts, drive sales and gross-margin growth, prospect new customers, negotiate major contracts, prepare proposals and presentations, and maintain customer relationships. The role oversees approximately 100–150 accounts generating $10–15 million annually, provides shipping and cost-reduction recommendations, responds to customer concerns, and travels frequently throughout Canada and the Western United States.
