Serve as a trusted accounting advisor delivering financial reporting, operational accounting improvements, and new accounting standard implementations. Manage client communications, project administration, budgeting and billing, and mentor team members while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical accounting and transaction-related issues.

Provide operational accounting and financial reporting support including month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, SEC and regulatory reporting, budgeting/forecasting, internal controls, and audit support. Lead finance transformation and ERP implementations, apply AI/automation to streamline processes, support transaction accounting (M&A/IPO readiness), and communicate recommendations to clients while managing project workstreams and timelines.

Serve as a client-facing accounting advisor leading controllership and close process improvements, financial reporting (including SEC filings), system implementations, FP&A support, audit readiness, and team mentorship. Drive automation/AI initiatives, liaise with business and IT teams, and support PE-backed and growth company clients across industries.
