Lead Salesforce declarative configuration and architecture across the full project lifecycle. Serve as SME for advanced Flow and platform features, mentor junior configurators, collaborate with analysts and developers, drive scalable solutions, and support client discovery, deployment, and AI-enabled initiatives.

Lead and deliver complex Salesforce projects as the primary client counterpart: manage scope, schedule, financials, risks, resources, and direct reports; facilitate requirements, produce status reports, identify growth opportunities, and apply firm processes and AI-enabled solutions to improve client outcomes.

Design, develop, and document Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, Visualforce) and integrations; lead small developer teams; build APIs, data migrations, and test plans; ensure code quality and mentor others while evaluating and adopting AI-enabled tools.
