Coordinate financial reporting, accounting close, audits, tax and regulatory compliance across multiple entities and jurisdictions. Support treasury, cash management, lender and investor reporting, governance, internal controls, and operational process improvement. The role manages external accountants, auditors, tax advisors, legal counsel, and corporate secretaries while supporting finance leadership, junior team members, and recurring reporting obligations.

Own and improve the organization's security posture across cloud, endpoint, identity, data, network, and application layers. Design and operate secure Azure/AWS infrastructure, manage Intune and endpoint tooling, implement zero-trust controls, run incident response and risk assessments, automate deployments with scripting and IaC, and lead security awareness training.
