Teams at CrossBoundary

Design and operate people systems for frontline, deskless site teams across multiple African markets. Responsibilities include employment-law compliance, compensation and benefits, HR operations, shift scheduling, onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, local hiring, and adapting culture and policies for site environments. The role requires multi-country African HR experience, digital fluency, French proficiency as an advantage, and frequent field travel, including to the DRC.

Owns CrossBoundary Group’s content strategy, editorial calendar, thought leadership, communications campaigns, media coordination, and event engagement. Converts technical and investment expertise into compelling content, manages distribution and performance measurement, builds repeatable content systems, coordinates stakeholders and external vendors, and connects communications activity to commercial outcomes across global teams.

Supports transaction advisory engagements and regional landscape assessments through market research, competitive analysis, financial analysis, modeling, due diligence, database management, presentations, stakeholder communications, and transaction reporting. The intern collaborates with Analysts and Associates, attends project and business development meetings, and assists with investment facilitation activities across Latin America.
