Own a portfolio of strategic customers and prospects to generate pipeline by activating partner relationships and leveraging ecosystem signals. Run demos, onboard and activate partners, prioritize outreach using CRM and product usage data, surface qualified opportunities for AEs, and coordinate with Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success to drive Ecosystem-Led Growth.

Own full-cycle sales for mid-market accounts (200–3,500 employees): acquire new logos, drive expansion, hit pipeline and revenue quotas, collaborate with partnerships, sales, CS, legal, security, and product, and build executive relationships while leveraging AI and Crossbeam's platform to improve partner-led GTM outcomes.

Lead month-end GL close, ASC 606 revenue recognition, deferred revenue, accruals, and fixed assets. Manage AR and collections across US and international customers, reconcile intercompany transactions, own sales tax via Avalara, support audit prep, manage invoicing in Maxio, improve processes and partner with Sales, Legal, and People Ops.

Lead financial and operational reporting, run annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasts, manage commission calculations and deal desk reviews, build Salesforce dashboards and board reporting, and automate Finance workflows using AI and integration tools.
