Manage enterprise fintech banking clients, serving as the primary relationship contact, driving retention, growth, cross-sell, and strategic planning. Build senior-level client relationships, conduct business reviews, interpret market and client data, assess regulatory and risk considerations, coordinate internal issue resolution, support contract renewals, and ensure AML/BSA compliance. The role requires marketplace lending expertise, cross-functional collaboration, strong communication, and periodic client travel.

Represent Finance throughout new product development and launch. Document accounting, tax, liquidity, reconciliation, control, and reporting requirements; map product funds flows and journal entries; lead cross-functional integration calls; track dependencies, blockers, and action items; provide leadership reporting; and improve planning templates, workflows, and documentation. The role partners closely with Finance, Product, Technology, and Operations to ensure products integrate effectively into financial systems and processes.

Provide legal counsel on commercial transactions, including IT/SaaS, sponsorship, vendor, customer, licensing, and general contracts. Draft, review, and negotiate agreements; support due diligence and closing documents for investments and acquisitions; advise on AI-related transactions and legal-department AI implementation; and collaborate with compliance, technology, risk, operations, and business stakeholders.
