Provide legal counsel on commercial transactions, including IT/SaaS, sponsorship, vendor, customer, licensing, and general contracts. Draft, review, and negotiate agreements; support due diligence and closing documents for investments and acquisitions; advise on AI-related transactions and legal-department AI implementation; and collaborate with compliance, technology, risk, operations, and business stakeholders.

Leads the FP&A organization and partners with the CFO, CEO, board, and business leaders on budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, profitability, cash flow, M&A, and investment decisions. Builds high-performing finance business partner and analytics teams, improves planning processes, develops management reporting and performance monitoring, and advances FP&A technology through automation, predictive analytics, AI/ML, dashboards, and scenario-planning tools. Oversees talent development, vendor relationships, governance, and integration with enterprise analytics functions.

Lead product positioning, messaging, market strategy, and go-to-market execution for fintech infrastructure products spanning payments, cards, lending, deposits, compliance, and digital assets. Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling narratives for fintech operators, developers, executives, and sales teams. Synthesize market and competitive insights, develop launch strategies, align cross-functional stakeholders, and enable pipeline growth and brand differentiation.
