Teams at Cross Insurance

Manages commercial insurance accounts through new business and renewal servicing, customer inquiries, coverage analysis, policy documentation, underwriting coordination, proposals, audits, billing follow-up, and coverage expansion. Builds relationships with commercial clients, underwriters, and internal teams; handles complex accounts; visits clients as needed; and supports Account Executives. Maintains P&C licensing and continuing education requirements.

Oversee branch operations, workflows, administrative coordination, compliance, staffing support, process improvement, and business continuity. Provide guidance to managers and employees, monitor priorities and deadlines, support onboarding and organizational changes, coordinate projects, assist with technology implementations, and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, carriers, and business partners. The role also escalates operational issues, supports leadership initiatives, and promotes accountability and continuous improvement.

Processes commercial insurance documents and download transactions, including new business, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements. Issues certificates, invoices transactions, audits action codes and workflow accuracy, manages suspense items, scans files into AMS360, processes mail, and orders policy changes. Provides administrative support to Producers and Account Managers while maintaining priorities and following agency procedures.
