The Account Manager is responsible for servicing Commercial lines insurance policies, maintaining relationships with customers, and achieving sales goals.

The Commercial Lines Producer generates commercial insurance leads and sales, develops new business relationships, expands existing accounts, assesses client coverage needs, prepares premiums and documentation, and recommends suitable insurance products under underwriting guidelines. The role also provides ongoing customer service, resolves complaints, maintains client records, reviews changing needs, promotes additional products, and contributes to brokerage revenue goals through direct sales and relationship management.

Manage a portfolio of personal-lines insurance accounts, serve as primary client contact, handle renewals, endorsements, cancellations, re-market accounts, maintain agency management records, coordinate with carriers and internal teams, and develop additional business from existing clients.
