Cross Insurance Benefits Overview

Manage and underwrite a portfolio of small commercial insurance accounts. Review applications, loss history, financial information, and exposures; quote and bind policies; process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and policy changes; and recommend coverage, pricing, limits, and deductibles. Build relationships with agents and brokers, identify cross-selling opportunities, monitor profitability and retention, coordinate with claims and billing teams, and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines, regulations, and company procedures.

Manage and service commercial lines insurance accounts, including new and renewal policies. Build relationships with clients, underwriters, and internal teams; analyze coverage and policy forms; process payments; maintain accurate AMS360 records; retain and grow accounts; follow commercial workflow procedures; meet annual sales goals; and maintain required licensing and continuing education.

Manage and service commercial insurance policies and renewals, build relationships with clients and underwriters, prepare submissions, proposals and binders, handle large complex accounts, pursue payments, and assist Account Executives with underwriting and coverage analysis.
