Provides bilingual Spanish-English administrative support for landscape managers, crews, employees, clients, and management. Coordinates scheduling, materials, job information, and project updates; maintains employee files and company records; assists Spanish-speaking team members with forms and communication; answers phones and emails; and helps keep daily office operations organized.
