Lead design and delivery of cloud-native, microservices-based enterprise applications. Define architecture standards, implement APIs and microservices, automate BPMN processes with Camunda, ensure security and scalability, support DevOps/CI-CD, integrate messaging/middleware, mentor teams, and produce architecture artefacts for a major European institution.

Write and shape accessible science and technical content for public and internal channels, produce basic visual assets, manage website/intranet pages, create LinkedIn and social media copy, monitor performance, and collaborate with scientists and external suppliers to produce communication materials.

Manage full recruitment lifecycle: source, screen, interview, and present candidates for EU framework contracts and client projects. Coordinate with stakeholders, negotiate offers, prepare documentation, and support contracting and onboarding, ensuring compliance with eligibility and audit requirements.
