Develops clear, persuasive technical proposals, case studies, Statements of Work, and tender responses for public-sector and EU institutional clients. Collaborates with solution architects, engineers, SMEs, and pre-sales teams to translate complex technical concepts into value-driven narratives aligned with evaluation criteria. Ensures documentation reflects relevant governance, security, regulatory, and service-management standards while improving templates, content libraries, and reusable bid assets.

Owns end-to-end bid and proposal lifecycles, including qualification, planning, governance, cross-functional coordination, compliance reviews, proposal development, submission, and post-award handover. The role manages bid plans, milestones, risks, stakeholders, consortium partners, and review processes while ensuring client requirements are addressed and submissions meet quality standards. It also supports competitive analysis, partner identification, go/no-go decisions, and lessons-learned activities.

Design, deploy, migrate, operate, and maintain enterprise Nutanix AHV virtualization platforms. Responsibilities include managing Prism environments, lifecycle upgrades, automation with Ansible and scripting, monitoring, troubleshooting, security, high availability, and collaboration with infrastructure, network, storage, cloud, and security teams.
