Oversees operations for two bank branches, ensuring policies, compliance procedures, reporting, cash controls, teller and platform functions are followed accurately. Supervises, hires, trains, and motivates branch staff while supporting sales goals and customer relationships. Handles customer resolutions, banking transactions, physical branch presentation, and regulatory requirements including BSA, Patriot Act, and OFAC compliance. Requires travel to other banking centers as needed and registration under the SAFE Act through NMLS.
