Manage delinquent and charged-off loan accounts through collection calls, repossessions, insurance and estate claims, bankruptcy handling, legal filings, charge-offs, and recovery efforts while ensuring regulatory and investor compliance.

Lead and manage complex, multi-generational wealth and trust relationships, provide advanced fiduciary and tax-aware planning, coordinate estate and succession strategies, originate and convert significant new relationships, mentor junior advisors, and support governance, risk, and process improvements within a bank trust environment.

Serve as primary relationship manager and fiduciary advisor for assigned wealth and trust clients. Develop comprehensive client plans, coordinate investment, tax, legal and trust resources, lead reviews, administer trust and fiduciary accounts, identify planning opportunities, support onboarding and business development, maintain documentation, and escalate material issues per policy.
