Lead content author for AEM projects: design templates/components, debug complex issues, own content releases, mentor team members, coordinate cross-functional work, produce technical documentation, define QA processes, and represent the team to clients.

Coordinate and support delivery of digital marketing and creative projects. Build and maintain project plans, track timelines, manage communications, update trackers, flag risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative deliverables are completed on time and on budget.
