Lead adaptation of key art into pixel-perfect, scalable digital assets and motion graphics. Build and maintain design systems and templates, mentor junior engineers, improve automation and production workflows, ensure brand consistency and quality, document processes, and collaborate with account and creative teams to deliver final files on schedule.

Lead delivery of digital projects end-to-end, applying Agile and PMI practices to manage scope, schedule, budget, resources and stakeholder communication. Mentor and develop PM team, improve processes, support business development, coordinate with development/QA, and ensure high-quality client deliverables and successful program execution.

Coordinate and support delivery of digital marketing and creative projects. Build and maintain project plans, track timelines, manage communications, flag risks, support resource planning, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure creative deliverables are completed on time and on budget.
