Deploys, configures, supports, and optimizes mission-critical MES environments across containerized, virtualized, and restricted network infrastructures. Responsibilities include Kubernetes/OpenShift troubleshooting, Linux administration, access governance, capacity planning, DMZ deployments, networking and TLS validation, root-cause analysis, infrastructure consulting, documentation, and continuous improvement of automation, observability, and deployment practices.

Provide primary application support for MES software, improve support procedures and runtime environments, troubleshoot complex issues with internal product teams, and track customer issues through resolution. The role requires over two years of application support experience, strong communication and organizational skills, excellent English, and attention to detail. Programming knowledge in C# or TypeScript, SQL Server experience, and PowerShell or Bash scripting are desirable but not required.

As a Senior Deployment Engineer, you will deploy MES frameworks globally, set up virtual machines, and configure Kubernetes, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
