Own and nurture relationships for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, drive adoption, retention, and expansion, define measurable outcomes, lead renewals, coordinate cross-functional resources, surface customer insights, and maintain account health and forecasting in ChurnZero and Salesforce.

Drive outbound and inbound enterprise sales: manage pipeline, qualify prospects, deliver demos and presentations, coordinate RFPs, close deals, and collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Development, and internal teams to expand and retain enterprise customers.
