The Sales Development Representative generates qualified pipeline and revenue, engaging potential customers through various channels and ensuring lead handoff to Sales Executives.

Manage a portfolio of 50–70 enterprise accounts (~$2.5M ARR), drive adoption, retention, and expansion by partnering with C-suite stakeholders, defining measurable outcomes, leading renewals, coordinating cross-functional resources, and maintaining account health and forecasting in ChurnZero and Salesforce.

Manage enterprise customer relationships in APAC to drive retention and product adoption. Onboard and train clients, develop success plans, remove growth roadblocks, document interactions in CRM, provide support, and relay product feedback to inform development. Partner with account managers on renewals and ensure customers maximize value from the Criteria platform.
