Manage and track integrated CMC operations across multiple drug product programs and external CDMO partners. Drive cross-program timelines, risk and action logs, deliverable coordination, CDMO scheduling, supply inputs, and status reporting to ensure regulatory milestones and manufacturing activities stay on schedule.

The Director oversees the development of novel lipid nanoparticles for RNA delivery, leading efforts in formulation, testing, and cross-functional collaboration. They drive strategic initiatives and ensure innovation in LNP research, while managing a research team.

Design, formulate, and optimize lipid nanoparticle (LNP) compositions; perform comprehensive nanoparticle characterization (size, zeta potential, morphology, encapsulation, lipid/payload quantification); develop bioconjugation strategies for targeted delivery; analyze and present experimental data; collaborate cross-functionally on formulation performance, toxicity, and efficacy studies; maintain ELNs and contribute to reports/regulatory filings; support patent interactions.
