Supports technical countermeasures, executive protection, and cyber-risk security programs through field operations, incident response, readiness activities, risk assessments, workflows, vendor coordination, and leadership briefings. The role develops playbooks, policies, metrics, and operational improvements; supports training and exercises; manages stakeholder relationships; and participates in regular travel and approximately 50% after-hours or on-call coverage.

Own end-to-end SaaS implementations from kickoff through go-live, managing client relationships, requirements, timelines, milestones, and issue resolution. Support technical pre-sales through discovery, solution design, demonstrations, proofs of concept, and RFP/RFI responses. Translate technical needs into implementation plans, provide best-practice guidance, maintain project and CRM records, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.

Develops AI-enabled corporate risk assessments and intelligence products covering geopolitical, economic, financial, operational, regulatory, reputational, and security risks. Analyzes large datasets, emerging threats, market-entry risks, and financial exposures; validates AI-generated outputs; produces executive briefings and forecasts; and collaborates with analysts and technology teams to improve workflows while maintaining objectivity, sourcing rigor, and quality.
