Leads a data engineering team responsible for Databricks and AWS platforms, data pipelines, AI/ML infrastructure, reliability, governance, observability, and data quality. Sets technical direction, drives Terraform-based infrastructure as code, manages platform performance and cost efficiency, and partners cross-functionally on compliant data solutions. Builds and mentors a high-performing global data and ML engineering organization while improving operational maturity and business impact.

Lead outbound sales and partnerships to onboard helplines onto Aselo, manage ongoing customer relationships, run demos, produce market analysis, support pricing and proposals, coordinate cross-functionally, and represent Aselo at events. Role requires consultative selling, CRM use, occasional travel (~20%), and technical fluency with product configuration and basic Git/support tools.
