Speculative business services opportunity supporting Cripps across business development, finance, marketing, people and culture, risk and compliance, or technology. The position is hybrid, with at least 60% of the working week spent in the office at Horsham, London Victoria, or Tunbridge Wells.

Supports client and matter onboarding, AML and client due diligence checks, sanctions screening, compliance recordkeeping, and risk escalation. Advises legal and support staff on AML, high-risk jurisdictions, source of funds, source of wealth, and related requirements. Maintains procedures and training materials, contributes to compliance system improvements, and collaborates with the MLRO, finance team, and wider risk and compliance stakeholders.
