Manages two UK and Ireland consumer electronics retail accounts, building customer relationships and delivering sales growth plans. Responsibilities include account performance analysis, promotions, rebates, forecasting, product data, retailer website content, competitor pricing, marketing coordination, and consumer events. The role requires accurate commercial administration, stakeholder management, and collaboration with sales and retail marketing teams, with opportunities to expand into additional retail, telecommunications, and supermarket accounts.

Leads sales and channel marketing growth across Eastern Europe from Poland. Manages distributors, retail accounts, e-commerce and marketplace performance, including sales targets, conversion, campaigns, promotions, pricing, visibility and reporting. Localizes regional marketing initiatives, coordinates partner execution, identifies market opportunities, and builds relationships with retailers, marketplaces and internal teams. Requires strong commercial judgment, analytical ability, project management, and fluency in English and Polish.

Leads social media and influencer marketing across Benelux and Nordic markets. Owns regional editorial calendars, content localization, creator sourcing, community manager coordination, agency partnerships, campaign execution, performance analysis, and budget optimization. Develops local brand partnerships and consumer activations while ensuring creator content aligns with brand, audience, compliance, and business objectives. Requires strong communication, analytical, relationship-building, and marketing budget management skills, plus fluency in English and Dutch.
