Teams at Cricut

Own and develop Cricut’s global patent program across invention harvesting, patent drafting and prosecution, freedom-to-operate analysis, portfolio strategy, competitive intelligence, licensing, enforcement, and disputes. Advise engineering, product, and business teams on patentability, risk mitigation, design-around strategies, and intellectual property decisions. Manage outside counsel and international patent matters while supporting IP-related agreements and commercial transactions.

Own system-level integration, validation, troubleshooting, and optimization of 3D printer platforms from prototype through mass production. Integrate mechanical, electrical, firmware, software, thermal, motion, and manufacturing subsystems; lead bring-up, root-cause investigations, validation, reliability, calibration, and issue resolution. Partner with engineering, quality, manufacturing, supplier, and operations teams to improve print performance, product reliability, manufacturability, production readiness, and manufacturing yield.

Design and produce physical and digital projects across marketing, product, social, and retail. Create composites, mockups, and AI-assisted assets; support on-set production; maintain organized assets and collaborate with cross-functional teams to showcase Cricut products.
