Plans and executes cross-functional New Product Introduction projects from concept through launch and handover. Coordinates Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, suppliers, tooling, NPI builds, factory readiness, and ramp-to-volume activities. Owns schedules, milestones, risks, budgets, dashboards, governance, stakeholder alignment, supplier performance, and executive reporting while ensuring projects meet scope, cost, timeline, and quality objectives.

Manage complex electro-mechanical hardware development projects from planning through product launch. Coordinate engineering, software, product management, quality, suppliers, and contract manufacturers; manage budgets, schedules, risks, issues, testing, and stakeholder communications. Ensure products meet performance and engineering requirements while facilitating problem-solving and systems integration. The role requires regular travel to Asia, including China and Malaysia, and in-office work near Salt Lake City four days per week.

The Software QA Engineer will design and execute testing across web, mobile, desktop, API, hardware, and AI-powered products. Responsibilities include test planning, functional and regression testing, API validation, troubleshooting client-server issues, defect management, release readiness, and connected-device qualification. The role also evaluates AI output quality, reliability, bias, hallucinations, and safety. Collaboration with Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Program teams is required in an in-office Agile environment.
