Teams at Cribl

Lead product strategy and execution for Cribl’s Core Search platform, including Federated, Metric, and Lakehouse search. Gather customer and partner feedback, prioritize features and defects, manage backlogs and roadmaps, negotiate engineering priorities, and track product metrics. Collaborate with marketing, sales, customer success, and solutions engineering to develop enablement, messaging, training, and launches. Translate technical requirements into actionable plans while managing complex data integrations and multiple priorities.

The Solutions Engineer supports the sales process in Japan by demonstrating Cribl, answering technical questions, supporting proof-of-concept sessions, and helping customers address telemetry, IT operations, and security challenges. The role also documents use cases, provides product feedback, collaborates across time zones, and travels throughout Japan and APAC. Fluency in Japanese and English and residence in Tokyo are required.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor to federal and public-sector customers throughout the customer success lifecycle, from onboarding through expansion. Drive adoption and value of Cribl’s observability data pipelines, develop success plans and KPIs, identify new use cases, and maintain executive and technical stakeholder relationships. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, experience, and engineering teams while mentoring colleagues and supporting data-driven customer engagement.
