Lead technical discovery and design customer-specific solutions for complex security, telemetry, and data environments. Own POV and POC evaluations, connect technical capabilities to business outcomes, address technical objections, and build trusted relationships with security practitioners and decision-makers. Partner with sales on account strategy, technical wins, CRM discipline, and opportunity planning while supporting regional SE teammates. The role is remote-first and requires up to 30% travel.

Own the FedRAMP Moderate authorization and security compliance program, including SSP maintenance, POA&M management, continuous monitoring, 3PAO assessments, incident reporting, agency relationships, and change-impact reviews. Partner with engineering, DevOps, legal, and federal customers to maintain authorization and remediate findings. Improve compliance operations through automation, scripting, AI-assisted workflows, infrastructure-as-code, and compliance-as-code. Translate evolving NIST, FedRAMP, OMB, CISA, and AI governance requirements into actionable direction.

Support customers through the sales process by aligning Cribl’s solutions with business needs, leading technical engagements, delivering demos, whiteboards, and proofs of value, and documenting use cases. The role requires pre-sales solution engineering experience, knowledge of logs, metrics, IT operations, and security, strong customer relationship skills, familiarity with MEDDPICC and Command of the Message, fluent English, UK residency, and willingness to travel up to 30%.
