Provide nursing oversight for developmentally disabled clients in residential and day programs: conduct assessments, manage medications, perform quarterly healthcare reviews and audits, train/support staff, attend medical appointments, maintain compliance with state/DDS/agency policies, and serve on an RN on-call system to ensure client health and safety.

Provide nursing care and medication administration in group homes, monitor and document medical/behavioral changes, follow physician/RN orders, assist with daily living (meals, bathing, activities), maintain home cleanliness, participate in trainings, and support emergency and community outings.
